Shipping and Returns

Confident Tiger offers both affiliate and own-brand products. As such, the shipping a returns policies vary depending on the type of product you have purchased.

Affiliate Items (purchased through a third party)
If you have purchased an item through an affiliate partner, your contract will be with that partner. They will fulfill and ship your items and will be responsible for returns. There is no contract between yourself and Confident Tiger Ltd for affiliate items. Please refer to your receipt to find out how your items will be shipped and returns are processed. We will not accept returns for any affiliate purchases.

Confident Tiger own-brand items
Each of our products are made to order and therefore, will be shipped within 30 days of ordering, sent first class via Royal Mail.

The cost for postage and packaging is is £1 for bra measuring tapes (sent first class) and £5 (sent  First Class Signed For) for bras and other lingerie items. This includes packkaging as well as postage.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days of purchase. 

Provided:

  • All items are returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items where they have noticeably been worn without the protective garment.
  • Please read all care and washing guidelines for your precious garments, as we cannot accept returns where it is evident these guidelines have not been followed.
  • Please complete the returns form included in your order and place in your return package giving us the reason for your return and if you require a refund or exchange.
  • If you would like to exchange the items please include the new item name, size  and colour on the returns form.
  • For ease, please use the original package for your return, simply cross out the original postage address and affix a new label with our returns address (bottom of page).
  • Return postage cost will be paid by the customer unless the items are faulty or we have made a mistake on your order.
  • We always advise customers to get proof of postage for returns. This can be obtained free from the post office. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item/s, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange.
  • If the price of the exchanged item is more or less than the original item purchased we will contact you to refund or charge the difference on the original payment method. We contact you directly as we do not hold your card details on any system.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the credit to your account.
