Shipping and Returns
Each of our bralettes, briefs, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are made to order and therefore, will be shipped within 30 days of ordering, sent first class via Royal Mail.
We offer free postage and packaging on all of our items, whether a bra measuring tape, bra recycling, bras, briefs or merchandise within the UK.
Bras, briefs, t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are sent tracked 48, while measuring tapes, bra recycling and other accessories are sent second class as standard.
Confident Tiger own-brand items - International Shipping
Each of our products are made to order and therefore, will be shipped within 30 days of ordering, sent either International Tracked & Signed or International Standard, via Royal Mail. Please note: if you choose International Standard postage, your purchase will not be tracked or signed for and is not covered by insurance. Therefore, if it goes missing, we cannot claim any loss.
All international customers responsible for paying customs charges and import duties.
Confident Tiger cannot be held responsible for any additional charges for our products entering other countries. The cost for postage and packaging is as follows:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days of purchase.
- All items are returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items where they have noticeably been worn without the protective garment.
- Please read all care and washing guidelines for your garments, as we cannot accept returns where it is evident these guidelines have not been followed.
- Please email us for a returns form and postage paid label and place in your return package giving us the reason for your return and if you require a refund or exchange.
- If you would like to exchange the items, please include the new item name, size and colour on the returns form.
- For UK customers, return postage cost will be paid by Confident Tiger if the item is faulty or the incorrect item was delivered. We will also cover the cost of postage if you are returning the item. However, if the reason for return is a change of mind or you are requesting a refund rather than an exchange, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage from your original payment.
- We always advise customers to get proof of postage for returns. This can be obtained free from the post office. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- Upon receipt of the returned item/s, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.
- If the price of the exchanged item is more or less than the original item purchased we will contact you to refund or charge the difference on the original payment method. We contact you directly as we do not hold your card details on any system. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the credit to your account.
